Hi Ashlyn, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I’ve always felt connected to the world of medical aesthetics, having been in the industry for over 15 years. My career started in a boutique med spa where I soaked up knowledge, observing treatments and learning about skin health. After university, I got my aesthetic license, which fueled my passion for education and the business of aesthetics. But what truly motivated me and my business partner was noticing a gap between medical aesthetics and the luxury experience. This realization became the driving force behind the creation of TIEV Medspa, where we aim to merge timeless luxury with cutting-edge medical treatments. Our journey isn’t just about me or any single individual—it’s about crafting an experience for our clients that’s not only transformative but also enduring.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Success rarely comes without its challenges, and I’ve certainly faced my share of obstacles. The most profound one was losing my executive role while pregnant, battling health complications, and facing uncertainty. But through that adversity, the vision for TIEV Medspa was born. We wanted to create a space that provided more than just treatments; we wanted to offer a retreat for wellness, resilience, and transformation. Even while on bed rest, I found inspiration to build something lasting—a medspa that represents strength and timeless beauty. This medspa is a reflection of that journey and the belief that, even in difficult times, we can build something truly meaningful.

We’ve been impressed with TIEV Med Spa, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
TIEV is deeply dedicated to its values in delivering a timeless and everlasting experience in the medical aesthetics space. We are dedicated to empowering imperfection, being effortless authentic, while keeping things simple and digestable for those who walk through our doors.

We believe that self esteem is fleeting, but self identity is everlasting. Helping you get closer to an ideal state of well being in the most natural-looking approach.
We are often told that if do these style of services we are labeled as “fake”. Though, if we don’t do any form of self care we are deemed “deficient” in something. We say, self care is not selfish, and frankly it is the most selfless act of all. Let’s allow ourselves to be authentic and do the things that make us feel best in our own skin regardless of any circumstances we may be going through.
We say everyday, though we do these procedures thousands of times, this is a moment in time for those that walk through our doors. Respecting and honoring that is crucial to their aesthetic health plan.

What were you like growing up?
I’ve always been someone in motion—curious, driven, and eager to connect with others. My parents often say I came out of the womb running! Growing up, I was constantly active, whether it was dancing, cheering, or later coaching and mentoring young women. This sense of community and leadership from a young age really shaped my passion for creating spaces where people can thrive.
Starting work at an early age taught me a relentless work ethic, the importance of resilience, and how to design the life I envisioned for myself. These values are at the core of TIEV Medspa. We wanted to build a medspa that empowers our clients to take control of their well-being, just as us founders have learned to take control of my own path.
