A preferred card on file must be reserved for all appointments. All no-showed appointments or failure to provide a 24 hour notice to any modifications or cancellations to your appointment will result in the full charge of the service.

Memberships

Membership is month to month and non transferable. All membership benefits are non transferrable and hold no cash value. Must provide a 7 day notice in order to make any modifications or cancellations to your membership. Memberships have the capability to be upgraded or downgraded, pending a 7 day notice. If a membership is cancelled, member benefits and perks expire upon membership expiration date.”

No Shows: 

Must provide a 24 hour notice for all cancellations or modifications to your appointment. Failure to provide a 24 hour notice to any changes to your appointment or no-show your service will result in the full charge of the service.

All Sales Are Final Policy

Please read our "All Sales Are Final" policy carefully before making a purchase. By making a purchase on our website, over the phone, in person, or other method(s) you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. All sales made through TIEV Medical Aesthetics are final. Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. You may exchange your purchase for another item for either service or product. All pre-purchased service(s) remain on your account for 12 months before being transferred as credit to use within TIEV. Please review your order carefully before making a purchase.
